Welcome to Wispread! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Wispread, a product by Batin Studio LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using Wispread, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Wispread

Wispread is a privacy-first text-to-speech web application and browser extension that converts text, PDFs, and web content into natural-sounding audio, processed entirely on your device. Wispread is developed and operated by Batin Studio LLC, registered in Wyoming, United States.

2. Our Ethical Standards

At Batin Studio, we are committed to building products that are beneficial to society. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to anyone using Wispread for:

• Harassment, abuse, or harm targeting individuals or communities
• The production or distribution of content that promotes violence, hatred, or oppression
• Any activity that violates human rights or the well-being of others
• Any purpose that conflicts with our ethical values as a company

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Wispread. By using our service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you should have parental or guardian consent.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at support@wispread.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Subscription Plans

Free Plan

The Free plan provides access to Wispread with a daily usage limit of 30 minutes of audio generation, with 2 available voices. The Free plan is provided as-is with no uptime guarantees.

Pro Plan

The Pro plan is available as a monthly subscription at $8/month or a one-time lifetime purchase at $59. Pro subscribers receive unlimited audio generation, access to all available voices, the browser extension, and audio export features.

Lifetime Deal

A lifetime purchase grants you access to Pro features for as long as Wispread operates, with no recurring charges. Lifetime purchasers receive all future Pro feature updates at no additional cost.

6. Payment Terms

• Subscription payments are billed monthly in advance
• All payments are processed securely through Shopify
• Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD)
• Failed payments may result in temporary suspension of Pro features until payment is resolved
• You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time; access continues until the end of your current billing period

7. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day refund policy for monthly subscriptions and lifetime purchases. If you are not satisfied with Wispread within 14 days of your purchase, contact us at support@wispread.com for a full refund. Refunds will not be issued for usage beyond the 14-day window. 8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Wispread to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our source code
• Use automated tools to abuse or overload our service
• Resell or sublicense access to Wispread without our written permission

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design, branding, and code in Wispread is the property of Batin Studio LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use Wispread for personal or professional purposes as described in these Terms.

Wispread is built in part on open-source components. Respective open-source licenses are acknowledged in our application.

10. Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you input into Wispread. Since all processing happens locally on your device, your content is never transmitted to our servers. We make no claim to any content you process through Wispread.

11. Service Availability

We strive to keep Wispread available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or make changes to the service at any time. We will communicate planned downtime where possible.

12. Limitation of Liability

Wispread is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Batin Studio LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Wispread. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the three months preceding the claim.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@wispread.com. Upon termination, your access to Pro features will cease.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, where our operations are based. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Bangladesh.

15. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on the Wispread website. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
