Refund Policy

At Wispread, a product by Batin Studio LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund.
1. Our Commitment
We stand behind Wispread and want it to work well for you. If it does not meet your expectations, we will make it right.
2. 14-Day Refund Window
We offer a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, no questions asked. This applies to:
- Monthly Pro subscriptions (first payment only)
- Lifetime Pro purchases
To request a refund, simply email us at support@wispread.com within 14 days of your payment with the subject line "Refund Request" and your registered email address. We will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
3. Conditions
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original payment date
- Monthly subscription refunds apply to the most recent payment only; prior billing periods are not eligible
- Lifetime purchase refunds are available only within the 14-day window from the date of purchase
- Only one refund per customer will be honored
4. No Refunds After 14 Days
We are unable to provide refunds for:
- Requests made more than 14 days after purchase
- Change of mind after the 14-day window
- Partial months of a subscription already in use beyond the 14-day window
5. Exceptions
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using Wispread and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time, we will offer a refund regardless of the 14-day window. Please contact us at support@wispread.com to report the issue.
6. How Refunds Are Processed
Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Shopify. Processing time is typically 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
7. Cancellations
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you will continue to have Pro access until then. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund.
